As we have discussed, the dragon and the beast talked about in Revelations are nations and religions. What nations and religions do you think are included in this discription and why?
Has anyone ready Chapter 9-11? Does anyone feel that the 5th Trumpet has sounded already? I was reading the description of the Locust(helicopters). I was previously taught that all of this took place during the Gulf War with Iraq in the early 1990's. Remember when Sadam Hussein set the oil wells on fire(remember the thick black smoke?) in Kuwait? What do you think?
I don't think it has happened yet. However, I may be wrong. I think that we are not far from it though. I also thiink that there will be a major catostrophic event equal to the twin towers in 2010 as a result of Obama's attempted peace talks.
I agree with "Gethsemane". I don't believe the 5th trumpet has sounded yet (even though it may be near) because death is still present on the earth and verse 6 says "...shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them."
What leads you to think the mark of the beast,666 is in the bar code? Scripture says the mark is to be required on the hand and forehead. The word speaks of the mark, the number and the name of the beast. Does "666" satisfy all three areas?
It was stated that the bar code contains 6-6-6. It doesn't show in the number, but it's coded in the bar. It was mentioned that the code 6 is at the beginning, the middle and the end of the number.
All I can say is.."be ye also ready". You know not the day nor the hour when the son of man shall appear.
In Revelations 16:8, the fourth vial was poured out upon the sun with the power to scorch men with fire... To me this sounds very much like the global warming that is so much in discussion right now. Isn't this the very thing that the scientists are talking about?
I find it interesting that people seem to panic given the fact that we will not be able to buy or sell without the mark. Will not God still provide for his people? Is not our God the same God that rained manna and spew water from rocks?

No not at all!!! If you pray for something multiple times it can sometimes strengthen your faith. It also keeps the issue in front of you and God. In the 10th chapter of Daniel it was said by the angel that God heard Daniel the first time he prayed. However, the enemy caused a delay in the answer. Somtimes the delay can be caused by the enemy, and sometimes it can be caused by us, and sometimes God is waiting for the completion of His orchastration.

ReplyDeleteTouché! Many things, I believe, will be a challenge that’s why we condition ourselves with fasting. However, knowing that God will not leave us is comforting.
